not that I'd claim to be a dietician, but both cases are related to the toxins in one's system. Since you were already gassy you probably went to the more "productive" waste removal stage. A non gassy person would reach the gassy stage first.

Ever tried Koshi cereal? HOLY ****! Literally. The stuff is full of fiber and after a couple of hours you can fart for 5 straight minutes if ya want to. The gas hurts though. :O
