We lost the greatest Sooner I knew today!!

Well folks the Sooner world should be very sad today. Ib4OU2 and I regret to inform you that the greatest Sooner we knew passed away today at around Noon while he was resting in Norman Regional Hospital. It was our father Emory L. Danley. Why was he the greatest Sooner we knew you would ask? Well he volunteered more time to Sooner football in the 60's, 70's 80's and 90's than any other person on earth I bet during that time. He volunteered as a statistician for many years and worked in the press box at all the home football games.

He would take us down to the games when we were kids and let us roam the whole place. You might be thinkin yah thats cool but not so special but hey he is my dad and he is the greatest Sooner I knew. He is the Sooner that placed the love of the Sooners in my blood. He is the Sooner that taught me how to fish when I was a kid.

I will miss you Dad the greatest Sooner to ever walk the earth.
