What should we do in Denver for one afternoon??

We are going to the Colorado game this fall and will arrive in Denver around Noon. What's a good thing to do if you only have 1 afternoon to do it?

I've never been and am open to all suggestions. Even something like a Brewery on the way to Boulder would be fine too.

They have a 6 flags in Denver. That is fun. I know they have the Coors brewery, but I haven't been there. I'm sure it's nice, though.

Ft. Collins is kind of your best bet for brewpups, but maybe more out of the way--O Dells and New Belgium are prolly king. a nice yet adventurous compromise might be about 20 minutes north of the Boulder Turnpike (highway 36) to the small but friendly tasting room at the Left Hand Brewery and then a meal at Efrain's mexican restaurant--both in Longmont. then a short drive to Boulder.

Denver's brewpups tend toward the "slick" and you overpay out the wazoo for food. Wyncoop has been around the longest, and right in LoDo. as is the Breckenridge Brewery which isn't bad--right across the street from Coors Field. Jackson's Hole is the bar in downtown where the OU club of Denver has watch parties.
