after seeing her on TV i didn't think she had long, i was thinking days more than weeks

She was more popular for her use of makeup than her religious testimonies IMO....

I do think she was a devote Woman however....

I'm glad she's no longer suffering....

She looked like she'd been struggling for awhile.

I am sorry for her suffering and death. I will leave it to God to judge her but I feel that there are not many TV evangelists in Heaven.

i was thinking the same thing. That Benny Hen (SP) guy really bothers me.

Tammy Faye, I distinctly recall from watching the PTL Club way back in the early-mid 80's, was just as enmeshed in defrauding the followers as her husband. Every time I turned it on she was basically scolding TV listeners for not sending enough money in to keep their little empire afloat.

I had nothing for her then and I have nothing for her now. Her one contribution was that she took televangelism into a new arena with the begging for money. She blazed trails that others (Benny Hinn, the lady with the purple hair) have followed and made even more ridiculous. What these people are doing should be criminal.

Still, she died a horrible death. I hope she finds peace in the afterlife because her earthly experience was basically a Big Joke.
