Well, Carolyn got her numbers back today for her THIRD HCG test. She should've been at around 2000...but came back at only 913.
The doc isn't too optimistic about this, but has scheduled an ultrasound for August 1st in case she hasn't miscarried by then.
However, when she got pregnant with her second, she had a much lower number at this point...and he turned out perfectly healthy.
At this point, we're sick of riding this emotional roller coaster...especially with her up there and me here. We're just going to put this back in God's hands and let it be. And if, God forbid, a miscarriage does occur, and we try and get a pregnancy again, we're not doing another test after the main pregnancy blood test. This HCG test can kiss my ***!
I'm praying like I've never prayed before at this point...any help is greatly appreciated.
