I recall the Kerry Jackson grade altering in the early 70's.

The point was to only understand the infractions and the reasons for the numerous penalties exercised by the NCAA against the football program - not necessarily to start a discussion.

I have always ascerted that the various crimes committed by OU can be found at any other program from Notre Dame to Yale (yes, I have that on first hand, reliable information from a former Yalie nose guard).

It takes a little of the shine off of all of the winning when you are also one of the most penalized. That said, one of these days, the NCAA may become a fair and unbiased in their investigations. I doubt it, but it is something worthy to hope for.
