There was a doctor out here that just had his license revoked after he killed three people during liposuction procedures. Actually, he was told to stop doing them after the second death since he was under investigation, so on the third one he had some unlicensed dude hanging out in his office perform it to get around the suspension. I'm thinking he's going to prison.
