Whatever you add to your packaged cookies to make them "soft" also makes them taste really, really gross. When I see "Now Even SOFTER!" on the package I will mentally change that to "Now Even More ****ing Nasty". Stop it already. Cookies are supposed to be crispy anyway.

I haven't bought packaged cookies in years, probably because they were ****ing nasty.

No kidding. The only packaged cookies I eat are the crispy Chips Ahoy.
Others taste like :twinkies:

Anyways, the softer the ****ier.

Unless your eating my school. Then they still taste like ****, BUT you can have your friend hold them in the air while you throw rocks at them and watch the rocks break and pieces fly everywhere.:D

Crispy cookies are crappy.

Soft cookies rock. Preferably recently baked soft cookies.

Agree about the soft cookies, but hard ones are better for dunking in milk

Grandma's soft cookies have that same nasty-*** aftertaste as the soft Chips Ahoy. Must be the "softener".
