Moving Knowledge Possessors

So we're moving to a new house next week, and instead of throwing my back out, and inviting over a slew of guys to help out so they can also throw their backs out and drink craploads of my beer, we've decided to pay a moving company to do it all for us.

Are you supposed to tip these guys, and if so, how much?

We just did that. Tipped the guys $20 each. But it was only for a few hours worth of work.
