Orange Beach police arrested an 11-year-old girl Tuesday night and charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol after a high-speed chase that ended when the child flipped the Chevrolet Monte Carlo she was driving.

These are Alabama cops...they have enough to think about after realizing they almost got pwn3d by an 11 year old...they probably never even thought about the fact that she didn't have a license...

Down here, she would lose the ability to obtain a permit until age 18. Then another 6 months to get her license.
To be 18 and have to have mommy or daddy ride shotgun! I love it.
