convert a wma file to a mp3 file?

how do you do it? I am trying to down load music from my pc to my razor phone.

I can find the music files but it say its the wrong type file.

Open it in Windows Media Player. Go to File-- Save as-- name it as a .mp3

See if that works, it usually works converting mp3 into wav for me that way.

it wont let me . in the save file as box. it wont let me change anything
