Sold it in 3 weeks. Showed it 3 times and the realtor made a full price offer on the house before the lady ever even saw it (she moved here from Saxet).

Between my travel schedule and my wife having the boy, doing the for sale by owner thing wasn't our thing. I know I could have cleared more money, but we were in a bit of time crunch and needed it sold, and it is. And I don't live in Owasser anymore. So suck it.

and the realtor obviously was worth the money on all of the price negotiations. just think, if you would have priced the home yourself, some guy might have offered you the full amount, leaving you to wonder how much money you left on the table. :texan:
