I bought a new pair today, I had to comprimise a little bit with the size because most of the ones in stock were for really big people. I just average sized folk are that big of a market for overalls these days.

The fact that there is even a market for overalls at all makes me very very sad.

Why do you hate comfortable, functional clothing?

I wear both straps up, but I always rock the sleeveless shirt underneath.

Heh, I wore a green popped collared polo on the 4th with yellow plaid knee-shorts.
Lil and I were making fun of a grown man wearing overalls just last night.

He probably didn't care since he was way more comfortable than you.

Don't overalls make going to the little farmer's room kind of a pain in the a**?

I have a hard time finding some that fit me. Short and fat. To get the fat part in I have to buy the tall.
Also, just as a side note. they make overalls in Shawnee OK and we ship a bunch to japan.

oh and for the record, I'd consider buying some if they were workable in relation to an occupation.
You could try Osh Kosh B'Gosh.

What exactly makes overalls more confortable than jeans and a shirt? I'd rather show a little butt crack when I bent over than have the jeans thongersize my rear. And, do you really need to store a pencil and pocketknife in a front chest pouch? Don't the jeans pockets do just fine? And the clanking strap buckles. Oh, the clanking strap buckles.

Not if you are skilled at undoing straps. Which I am.

Overalls provide much better ventilation in the summer. That's a definite plus.

Everytime I wear them the slab of denim fore and aft on the upper body seems to hold more heat in.
