View Full Version : Hell must have frozen over
No poke fans, you haven't won a NC in football, basketball, or baseball.
The wife and I bought a mini van last Friday. A 2007 Odyssey Touring edition. Thing is loaded, pretty damn comfortable, and drives nicer than I thought a mini van would.
Thankfully, it's the wife's daily driver and not mine.

We bought a minivan last fall.
Any day now I'm gonna break a hip, I'm quite sure of it.

I fly to Cleveland, OH on Friday to pick up our new Odyssey (new to us). It'll be my wife's but I'll get the privilege of driving it 18 hours home.

We're looking at them too.
:O
My wife is interested in the Acadia and like vehicles. She wants the three rows but doesn't like mini-vans.
My parents have an 02 or 03 Odyssey and love it. They're out on a road trip in it right now.

That's what they all say!
I got my first minivan 20 years ago. Since then it's been various minivans, Broncos, SUVs and now back to sportier cars. That may change when I have grandkids, or not. :D

I see what your driving, but you actually need that much room to haul around the cutest kiddos in the world. I on the other hand don't plan on having more than one kiddo unless we get twins or some such nonsense.

That's what I said for years. Then come the kids and car seats. After a while, you feel kind of bad stuffing the Grandma's into the back of the Trail Blazer. :O

Last Thursday you weren't even close to being that old yet. Amazing the difference one day can make. ;)

Bastage. :(
Oddys a great ride because of the long wheelbase and the storage capacity is like a u-haul. Not terrible on gas ,and that Honda 6 just runs like a dream. GREAT for road trips.

Heh. You should see my ride. I'm hanging on until it just stops. At this point, I'd love to have an Odyssey.
