c_p is there.
my next door neighbor is in his 80's, and moved to OKC from alaska 3 years ago.
he had hip surgery shortly after moving here and couldn't keep up with his lawn, so i just started mowing his whenever i mowed mine. i don't mind doing it, as i just hope someone will help change my diapers and such when i get that old.
he always comes outside to tell me how much he appreciates it. every now and then, he'll bring me something (like a coffee mug or something he made in his workshop).
today, he brought me out a couple of signed prints. they are by his daughter, an artist in alaska. i googled them, and it looks like i made out pretty good today:

not a bad haul, but i still want someone (1TC) to change my diapers when i get old.
