So I finally got to bust out my new grill this evening. After 5 years of apartment living, not being able to grill on a regular basis has been bugging the ever lovin hell out of me.

So the Mrs. and I treated ourselves to some dee-licious ribeyes grilled with a mustardy-olive oily paste (which turned out a whole lot better than it sounds) and a mess of veggies prepared by the wife and steamed over the fire with some Lienenkugels Honey Weiss.

Best meal we've had in a good while.

Potatoes were in with the veggies.

Leinies Honey Weiss is a beer (I don't think it's made it down south yet though).

We had our bases covered :)

Welcome back to the wonderful world of grilling!
It's good to be back.

To be honest, today was a practice run for the 4th, and for the end of the month when my parents come into town. Had to make sure I still knew how to cook things other than burgers and brats without burning them.

I think I'm in good shape.

Lienenkugels

I love their beer. The Albertson's near my old house in Fort Worth carries a few of their offerings,
