looked like is was almost over the banks today.

I would be very concerned if I lived near there.

It might be time to start blowing up the dingy boat.

Yeah, it looked like it could still safely gain another 10-15 feet.

But...I have never seen it that high. Plus it rained there today like a cow pi**ing on a flat rock. Every time I went over that bridge, I was like :eek:
