I will taking my baseball team to Garden City, Kansas this weekend for a baseball tournament.

Is there anything fun to do there?

Good places to eat?

What is the place like?

When you get there, stand on a 5 gallon bucket and look SSE. You'll see the Bank One tower in downtown OKC.....swear to gawd.

I went there to see my Great Uncle and Aunt there back in the 60s and around 1970. He was really cool & funny and she was very nice. But I'm afraid they are both dead now. He managed a Sears store for many years, she owned a camera store and they lived in a neat-o "penthouse" above the store. Other than that: many fields of growing stuff.

My baby bro. has a branch of his bidness in Garden. He's there about twicet a month. He tells me Spanish skillz are pretty close to being required out there.

the other day I was playing "word twist" on my palm...I kept spelling "setem" and it kept saying "not in dictionary"...I tried it about 4 times, thinking, I know I have seen that word before, I know I have. Then I saw your thread and realized where I had seen it before.
