I have three:

1) The "Superman" play
2) I saw Mark Mcgwire hit #46 and sosa hit #42 in a game the year Mcgwire broke the record, simply electric moment
3) When OU beat Nebraska to become #1 for the 1st time since 87 I believe, I almost got decapitated by the goal post on the field afterwards

When we beat Baylor to avoid the cellar last year. It was truly moving.

I'd have to go with the Red Sox winning the World Series, even though I'm a Cardinals fan. That being said, if all the steroid stuff hadn't come out, it'd be McGwire hitting #61...though I was in the top row of old Busch lol. My personal favorite moment was going to the Illinois/UNC basketball title game two years ago. If Illinois had won, it would be #1 and nothing could ever knock it off.

Easy.

Mike Witt's perfect game on the last day of the baseball season in 1984.

Ditto.

Except that by the time I made it onto the field, the goal post was long gone. :D

Game of the Century, Norman, Thanksgiving Day, 1971. The wrong red team won, but it was an awesome great battle.

I also saw the Saints with their first Monday Night Football Game. The Dome was rawkin.

Saw Mickey Mantle hit a home run in 196? in Anaheim.

Nothing TOO fabulous that I can recall. I wish we could delete other people's posts.

the one that sticks with me is the shuttle pass to Reynaldo against Bama

it wasn't even a scoring play, but it was like all hope was lost until that point. ****ing amazing

Superman was great, but it just didn't have the same impact on me at the time

I could list any number of OU football games from the past decade, but I will go with something a bit different: Rick Helling's perfect game for the Oklahoma City 89ers in 1996.

Lots of great OU games, mostly wins and some losses. Mostly football, some basketball.

Watched Emmitt knock TO off of the midfield star. I hate TX stadium, but as a lifelong Cowboys fan that was interesting to watch.

2000 OU/Texas game. Going with 4 UT grads was just icing on the cake. :D

saw OU beat Texas 12-0, that was great. I saw the Home of the 12th man, truly become the home of the 12th man last year, I saw perkins return 3 against UCLA, which was really exciting for me anyways, and like him or hate him I saw Sammy Sosa hit number 600

Cool. When I was there it was George Teague knocking him off the star. :D

Plays that I remember:

Keith Jackson reverse vs Nebraska
Woolfolk (?) catching the pass after he kicked it in 2000 vs Nebraska
Torrence Marshall interception 2000
Emmitt Smith breaking the rushing record
Randy White being inducted into the Dallas Ring Of honor (big to me)

Best game experience ever was 2001 (2000) Orange Bowl. It's an experience that can never be recreated. It barely eclipses the Big 12 Championship from that year. I remember jsut saying over and over, "We're going to Miami!"

If I had to say one moment it would be the Orange Bowl when Heupel took the snap and then started the fist pumping. It was incredible.

Oh, opening night with the OKC Hornets was really cool.
