And so... this past weekend, it was your hero's 30 year high school reunion. (Yes, I'm that old!)

It started out with me and the lady I'm currently seeing, first met a good friend and fellow reunionite and his wife at their room in the "W" Hotel.. great wine, great view, the women looked hot.. all is right with the world..

We then meander to the "night before, informal party"... held at the Fox and the Hound. uggg... OLD PEOPLE!.. most of the women looked.. well.. worn and the men.. well... poorly dressed, gray hair... "Hi Steve.. I'm Biff.. remember me?" "well yes Biff... you were an arrogant blowhard pr*ck in high school and it appears that that still defines you today!" Stayed about 45 minutes. Dinner at N9ne Steakhouse salvaged the evening.

Then.. the "formal" event happened at a back room at the Ozona Bar and Grill... ugg... even more OLD PEOPLE... a few of the women looked very well preserved and one thought is going through my head... "Cougar." A few nicely dressed folk like me and the date... the old, "Hi Steve.. Biff here.. ya look good." Thanks Biff.. you're still an arrogant blowhard pr*ck. Nice to see you." Dinner at Steel salvaged the evening.

The moral of the story... enjoy your 10 year reunion... MAYBE go to your 20th.... Don't even think about attending your 30th.

wurd.

10 yr was ok.

20 yr I was trying to figure out why I thought it was going to be fun.

30 yr is in July and I'm not going.

10 year was a blast. I recommend going. Thankfully, my 20 is still a couple of years away.

Thanks to my Katrina exile, I went to my 30-Year in 2005. It was almost like high school itself: Most of the people who didn't talk to me then, still wouldn't.

On the other hand, I got to know somebody that I always admired but never really got to know back in the day. That was worth the whole reunion right there.

i was all set to attend my 20th, and then 9/11 happened the week prior and job committments prohibited me from going

no idea if they'll have a 30th or not, we had 1800 graduates at PSHS, i'm not sure i'd remember the names of but a few of them

We had a 15 year for the hell of it, got drunk and talked to everyone. told the few hot chicks that were there that they missed out and proceeded to drink until I started dancing and my wife drug me out. :D

My 10 year is coming up in a few weeks. It should be a good time. Then again, I got along with everybody when I was in HS so I'll probably enjoy talking to everyone there.

There are a few chicks that I really really really hope show up. That's why I'm really going. ;)

I didn't go to my 10th...didn't go to my 20th...and won't go to my 30th (thankfully, not for another 8 years).

I doubt any of the people I'd want to see would show.

You took a date to a class reunion? That is like taking sand to the beach. Reunions were MADE for single people.

Nah.. I was a shy, insecure, soft spoken lad back in the day...

My debaucherous lifestyle began post high school.. or at least, that's my story and I'm sticking to it. :D

The first rule of Old Clique is don't make comments about how old some of us are.

Skipped the 10th, plan on skipping the 20th in a few years. Most of my friends were in the classes ahead and behind me, so I really have no interest in going back.

I had a good friend who went to our tenth, and she said it broke down into the old cliques again. Most everyone stayed in Tulsa or OKC, and I really have nothing in common anymore.

My dad got called last night about his upcoming 40th reunion. My 10-year reunion isn't for another 3 years. Heh. I 'm young.

In seriousness, remember this. Old is simply a state of mind. You're only as old as you want to be.

Went to 10th everything OK
Went to 20th. Too much money but was fair
skipped the 25th last week. Only about 30 out of 400 showed.
Probably will attend the 30th but have to start connecting with the old gang so that we are all on the same page.

The biggest change I saw was between the 20th and 25th.

Still would love to do it all over again. But then again I am nuts.

I noticed the same thing as 85 from the pics, since we both missed the 25th.

85 - There is a Hilldale group from our class get together every once in awhile. I get the emails about them.

A friend of mine and myself are in charge of the 10 year reunion this year. We fell into having to do it because we still had the money from our graduation. No one has to pay a thing for it and should be fairly nice.
