Let me see if I have this straight... some lady just left her 6 month old son with you and you have no idea when she is going to be back? Do you know where she went or did she leave you a cell number or anything? I'm guessing not if she didn't even leave a bottle or diapers. One of you guys needs to get to Walmart or Walgreens or even a 24 hour gas station.
