Tell Collin, Shamus, or Jen that Dean from Oklahoma said "hey." And order the mussells. During happy hour. About $4 for a big-assed bowl of some of the best mussells you've ever had.

I also like a little dive over in Fell's Point called The Dead End. Still has the spit/pee trough going around the bar from back in the day when the seafarers came in and just stood at the bar and ****ed where they stood.
