I think this is the wettest June i can ever remember; we've lost our last 2 baseball tournaments due to the weather, and we only have 2 more left now and our season will be done. :(

Ask Olevet. He was around the last time there was this much rain.

And here in Alabama it's one of the driest. The grass outside my window is 100% brown.

The wierd part is, much pf Arkie and Mississippi are dry as a proverbial bone. Tennessee is under a burn ban.

It's that dang global warming stuff...or something.

channel 4 is a joke. They have 50% chance of rain Tuesday and Wednesday but have those ominous looking clouds on the 7 day.

Here's the graphic NOAA uses for 50% chance of rain, but they're not trying to sell ads:

Supposedly the wettest spring ever recorded in OKC. Broke a record set in 1947 or something like that.

The west half of the plains has been very wet this year. Nebraska is a way ahead of yearly averages on rainfall too. The soil profile has enough moisture to take care of all the needs for a good corn crop without anymore rain this summer.

I for one will never complain about rain and lower than average temperatures. I love it.

Amen to that brother. It has been fantastic temperature wise this year, at least in the Dallas area.

I do crack up when I still see the "Drought Conditions" signs all over town. Seeing those and knowing that lake levels are currently several feet above normal (and approaching their max) is a contradiction to be sure.
