The disciplinary panel of the North Carolina state bar handed down its ruling today. Punishment is yet to be determined but disbarment is clearly on the table.

Hmmm, I bet a couple year license suspension is what he gets. He's done as a lawyer for a while anyway.

Anyway, the boys' parents are gonna sue the pants off the guy and he'll be homeless before its over.

Here's a twist. Nifong is now saying his penalty SHOULD be disbarment.
