Honestly, this kids stats stand out among players ranked ahead of him. He looks mean and nasty and I don't say that lightly about high school kids. I am glad we got him. I get a good, Allen Patrick feel about him. It looks like he likes to hit and is pretty good at it. WELCOME ABOARD! Now get out there and hurt someone!

Need all the safeties we can get now that it looks like Londell Taylor from the 2007 class won't be making it here (MLB Draft)

The recruiting season is coming along really well. Hopefully this guy comes in and plays with some toughness that the secondary will need as the veterans leave.

Mitchell should get up to a four star commit by the end of his senior year.

I hope he's up to a four, if not solely based on his ability to destroy people. Watch that video!

After the beginning of last season, ANYONE who can tackle would be welcomed.

Lokking at those 121 tackles I have to ask a question:Did the d-line and lbs not make any tackles?.Thats a lot of tackles for a SAFETY.

But, at OU, he'll be a roybacker.

i thought that was Ibiloye..? So we're going to see 2 roybacks now?

They say both can be used in that way.

I'm sure some resident gurus will explain why that'll be horrible, but hell - sounds pretty good to me :D

I don't see it as a bad thing at all. In a couple years if there's a dearth at LB or safety, the coaches can make the player focus on the scarce spot.
