I know I'm getting a little ahead of myself but I'm thinking of making hotel reservations for the game. Have any of you made reservations yet? If so then where and how much? I don't think I will be able to find a hotel around the river walk if I wait very much longer. I have already found that a couple of hotels are booked for that weekend.
Nope, but I will be there if OU is.

I'm going if OU is there also. I just want to make sure I get a hotel in a good spot. I could always cancel the reservation if we don't make the game.

Hopefully I'll be there if OU goes, but no plans yet. Should be a whole lot warmer than KC was though
I'll be staying with friends who go to UTSA.
...Assuming we go.

I made reservations at the Candlewood Suites on the end of the Riverwalk about six months ago. They were the only ones that had a reasonable rate. I had reservations at the Holiday Inn across the street from the stadium in KC, and cancelled them after the loss to UT. I won't be doing that this year. I usually make my reservations for all the away games in early January. I figure I can cancel if I need to, but it's nice to know you already have them.

I have family in Adkins, TX. My mom's second-cousin was an old HS football coach there. His daughter still lives in his old house. Makes for a great after party. :D

We made our reservations back in December. Got a suite downtown for 262.00 for the weekend.
