If your community has one, get involved. It's pretty sweet. It helps support your local dairy farms and growers. Plus, everything is 100% organic.

Example: Every Saturday for the next four months we go to our local Hen House grocery store to pick up our items for that week. $25 per "bag". In the bag this weekend:

GNFF Cheddar Pepper Cheese, 1 lb. sliced from Wiebe Dairy in Durham, KS

· GNFF Beef Sirloin Steaks, 2 steaks from All Natural Beef Co-Op in Sabetha, KS

· Farm to Market Ciabatta Bread, 1 loaf from Farm to Market Bread in Kansas City, MO

· Fresh Tarragon, 1 bunch from Crooked River Farms in Hamilton, MO

· GNFF Salsa, 16 oz from LaCasita in Jefferson City, MO

· Green or Red Leaf Lettuce, 1 bunch from Twin County Family Farms in Rich Hill, MO

· Hen House Spring Water, 12 pack from Welpman Springs in Stover, MO

· Zum Bar Soap, 1.5 oz from Indigo Wild in Kansas City, MO

Items subject to change depending on availability and Mother Nature.

We got fresh Hydroponic Heirloom tomatos and fresh Bison cuts last week:cool:

Every once in a while they have some pretty interesting stuff. Organic milk in the glass bottles. Rootbeer Milk (which is awesome btw)/Banana Milk/Strawberry Milk.

Farm raised honey with comb. Salsa tofu. Sourdough bread. All kinds of stuff.:cool:
