...and then loses it with 2 outs. Still got the shut-out, though, which was a good thing for the Sox who only managed four hits...one of them a solo homer by Ortiz in the 1st.

Would have been nice to get the no-no.
But we needed that win pretty bad.

Julio Lugo booted a grounder in the 5th.
A friend of mine informed me earlier that he participated in a radio seance on the Mack, Yurko, and Harry show to break up the no-no.
Yurko urged his listeners to put their hands on their radios and direct their energy to breaking it up.

Guess they wanted Mark Buehrle's no-no to be the only no-no of the year I guess.
Were they doing the same thing during Justin Verland's no hitter?
