Nah...CPG is still ranting and raving about the wifey.

Today he says he's not looking at her checking account any more - which I totally 100% believe (yuh right). Methinks he's just not telling me how much she spends because I told him she'd have his a$s thrown under the jail if she finds out what he's up to. Today he also said he's hoping his house goes into foreclosure because at age 38, it will hurt her much more than it will hurt him at age 62. Now that I know the guy a little better, I totally understand why any woman would kick his arse out.

Dood is screwed up. He's on an online dating service and I'm encouraging him like hell. He needs something to take his mind off his problems.

As an aside, last week he had an outside business associate (female) in his office and she comes out afterward and says he kept her in his office for a solid hour ranting and raving about his marital breakup. I have been wildly unsuccessful in getting him to realize that no one wants to hear his chit.

Life sucks sometimes. Geez, deal with it.

A couple of days ago a group of us went to lunch and he's rifling through his wallet. He pulls out two C-Notes and confides to the group that's his money in case he gets thrown in jail.

"You don't get out with a bail bondsman unless you have some cash on you."
