It appears some improvements are being made along the Clara Luper corridor in OKC. New lighting, etc. However, for reasons not entirely clear to me, someone has decided to erect (hee hee) what looks like a huge concrete ****. It's maybe 10 feet tall and very, well... girthy. I can't for the life of me figure out what purpose it serves. The statue, I mean. Anyone have a clue about this? I should mention it's on the SW corner, caddy corner from the dancing hot dog.
Tangential note: that dancing hot dog has got some awesome moves.
is this different than the dildo?

There's a sculpture that is basically a large "Y" near my home. I've seen SicEm cruising there several times.
I may not know much about art, but I know what I like.

we can add this to some antique stores sign on 23rd that looks like some **** and balls, and some music store off expressway, (Larsen's?), with a huge music note that looks like, well, ya know. but all of these are no competition to that monstrous fiber optic cross on northside.

The thing on 23rd is part of the streetscape project that is currently underway. There is an organization overseeing development of 23rd, called the Eastside Capitol Gateway Main Street Program (affiliated with Oklahoma's Main Street Center, similar to what has been done in Stockyards City, Capitol Hill, Automobile Alley and the Plaza District).
The "phallus" is a district branding marker, similar to the markers around the Paseo district or the round banners in Automobile Alley. If you look really close, it has a replica of the State Capitol dome on the top, hence the rounded "helmet."
Personally, I think it looks more like an Islamic minaret.
