View Full Version : Would you buy RAM on eBay?
I don't know why I'm concerned. I feel it would be better to buy from someplace like Newegg vs. eBay. Thoughts?

That's not the end you're interested in, is it?;)

i like crucial.com, they used to have free 2nd day shipping, not sure if they still do
Thanks.
I like how they list compatible memory based on the computer you have.

seriously, I usually get it from Kahlon.com if it's for an "off the shelf" computer, just to make sure it'll work
otherwise, I use newegg

i've bought two things from newegg and had good experiences.
i usually buy stuff from them, but with RAM i always at least use the system configurator thing from crucial to see what RAM i need
i couldn't tell you how many things i have bought from newegg

No
But If I was an aggie I might shop there for Ewe
I picked up 2gb RAM from Crucial for $77 or so. I used to own (well, still do, in the attic) a Micron computer. It was a great machine. I guess they stopped making computers to focus on memory under the Crucial name. Thanks for the help.
