A woman I used to work with did something similar and survived. How these folks figure to stop a half ton piece of medal with their body is beyond me.

She came to work all beat to hell, and everyone asked her what happened. She then explained the story of how she tried to stop a hit and run driver by standing in front of him.

I dont remember the storey .
I was just cleaning stuff out of my favs. list and this was there cept. It was just a Blank page of reply to thread
Had the title , But I had never replyed . So I did today to see what it was about ?

Yes, I can't even remember cept that a friend of mine tried to stop a car by standing in front of it.

MY Dad got this guy who was bumping folks with his Cadillac to stop and wait for the crowd to go by....

He jumped up on his hood...the guy acted like he was gonna take my Dad for a little ride....and he jumped up on the hood....

The hood collapsed and the guy got out of the car to whoop my Dad's a$$....

The Crowd then took over...

A thing of beauty IMO....:D
