I stick the usb in and it doesn't recognize it. I also have a micro mate i stick the disk int and then into the computer. They should be compatible.

I guess its not called that (brand i guess) It's a little usb connecter w/out a wire from the camera.

oh....

do you have more than one USB port? does it work with a mouse or anything else?

yeah. 2 on the side, two in the back. The mouse works(it's on the back.) I just hope I don't have to take it back. I need to try it on another computer to see if its the camera or the laptop.

My camera won't download if the battery is low - automatically shuts off.

To see if it is on the computer end, have you tried restarting the computer - without the hub in place?

And is the software for the camera loaded in that computer?

batteries good. restarted. software is loaded.

I'll take it in tomorrow.
