Wal-Mart is cutting back it's expansion plans, and the CEO got the dreaded vote of confidence. It looks like Wal-Mart is finally realizing that they need to get their stock performing again.

May they realized folks are uneasy to visit the supercenter since the parking lots look like third world countries...
