Welcome to Soonerland DK. For what it's worth, I'll bet by the end of the season (Nov./Dec.) or quite possibly the summer, this guy won't be a one star player.

His coach said he never was 100% last season.

Word from his coach is that he's the "real deal." He said that after he went to watch Mario Williams at a Texans practice, he thought David was that kind of player amongst his peers at the HS level. "A man among boys."

He certainly has the frame. Anyone have any details on his speed? I'm eager to see some footage.

Based on what his coach had to say and the offers that were rolling in, I think he'll be a low 4 or high 3 (minimum) when all is said and done. He could even make a charge into the Rivals 250.

Does anyone know when Rivals will officially release its Texas 100 for 2008? I couldn't find it.

I don't think we'll get Chancey now that we signed King. That's two DE's already. Maybe, though. Depends on how competitive he is.

King's stock is suppose to be on the rise. So don't think he's a scrub or anything. Won't be as touted as Chancey but this was a great year for DE in Texas and we got 2 of the best.

I'm back home in Houston for the week but Rivals is running the same story.

Ibiloye is a huge get. He had offers from Alabama, Miami, USC, Michigan, oklahoma state, etc. Really excited about him.

Hanna needs to hit the weight room but is expected to fill out easily. He has great measureables otherwise.
