Late last month my phone, as well as my wife's, all of the sudden would not send pix messages. This happened on her last phone and they said it was a problem with the software on her phone...since it was still under warranty they replaced it for free (and by free I mean we had to spend $25 to get a memory card so she could keep her pix that were on that phone and load them on to the new phone)...Everything worked fine for a couple of weeks after getting her new phone, but then both of our phones stopped sending pix messages at the same time. Then last week our phones got turned off for reasons unknown to me (the bill had been paid, on time). I was finally able to get them turned back on today, but still can not send pix messages.
I really don't want to have to switch out both of our phones...ugh...
