$100K bond for a murderer?

I was reading the article Beano found on PB's sister-in-law being murdered.
The husband only has $100K bond? Isn't that cheap for someone that
repeatedly stabbed his wife to death?

Firing squad for this guy, I'll guarantee all of my .45 hydroshocks are good center mass shots from 30 yards in.
