Issue 9 of Brian Wood's Local is set in Norman and features the Library and The Mont.

I have no idea what happened in the first 8 issues (each one set in a different location), but I couldn't pass on this one highlighting OU.

And it seems that the series will really go down from here, the next issue will be set in Austin.
