Ode to my Weed Eater

You are an amazing machine. Hold down the trigger and watch you shred pesky, over grown grass. You take down weeds like Paul Bunyon clears a forest.

Today, you showed me a new talent. Unlike a monkey at the zoo, you can fling poo at a much higher rate. You took the 2 lb. fresh crap my dog had hidden in the tall grass, were I could not see it, and proceeded to shave off the top 2 inches.

You, my favorite yard tool, started just below my knee caps and painted a magnificent brush stoke upwards with your fecal medium, all the way to the top of my hat.

You made me taste man's best friend's waste matter. A perfect lip shot, with bonus points for making me use my tongue to try and remove what I thought was a grass clipping.

i finally broke down and bought a gas powered weed eater, no longer do i have any yard tools that are electric - its a Stihl brand and i love it

there isnt a better looking yard on my street

I got a Stihl too. Best weed eater I have ever used.

My yard is the lowest in the neighborhood, so it takes forever to dry up. It got long. Jungle bad.

i'm cutting my bermuda on the next to highest setting - finally went with the lawn chemical service for the weeds, its nice and thick now and choking the ever living F*** out of those damn weeds :)

for the price it is best IMO to use a service to spray the yard. Good move.

Do you get a weekly or monthly service? I was gonna look into doing that.

its about every 5-6 weeks, so monthly i guess

they'll come and spray for the crabgrass when it gets hot enough, but its not as prevalent as it was since the first spray

yes this is from last summer but I have not been home to take one from this year. looks the same cept we have fountains by the walkway now

been using them since my junior high days out in my Dad's pipe yard.

those suckers will nearly cut anything and you should see what they do to snakes!

Buy the numbers at Wal-Mart and the OU tensil is at most Ace Hardware stores...
