I'm just curious.

Getting a spek comment with a death threat and a smiley is somewhat conflicting.

was it green or red spek?

sanantoniosooner

It's green, but I still don't trust it.

I would also suggest that a smiley rooting for said homicide is not offset by a smiley.

When does anybody ever follow up on a personal death threat?

Maybe it was a death threat/compliment from someone with a dual personality? I got one of those last night from some wacko; a smiley face message, while at the same time, being called a "bitter bitch." :D

sanantoniosooner

The http://www.soonerfans.com/forums/images/reputation/reputation_pos.gif could easily be a mistake.

Most killers are known to be below average in intelligence.

yes, a compliment - as in, you were the individual worthy of the killers efforts

not everybody got selected for a death threat...just you

a spek of honor

Someone somewhere thinks you're important enough to kill. Surely there's some satisfaction in that?

I danno, couldn't be much worse than the discussion where I thought we should just scrap the whole thing.

I think a smiley cancels out the threat....

and a winky then cancels out the smiley

but a threat with only a winky, now that is something to be scared of.

2 is more of a struggle than 10, really.

sanantoniosooner
5/18/2007, 01:51 PM
Now, the more recent threat to "kick my a$$" isn't nearly as scary.

When it comes from a female it elicits something totally different from fear.

Lil.

I present situations that I think will be humorous if the discussion goes the right direction.

Your post is an example of it going the wrong direction.

The threats are a joke. They were intended that way and I took them that way. It's only a topic because I thought some humor could come out of it. If you disagree about that, then it will be one more thing we don't agree about.

I love when I get accused of taking stuff too serious around here.

Then I retract my statement.

When I saw this.

I figured you were for real. As you can see the lack of smilies clearly confused me.

Please continue on with your humorous situation.
