Freddie's California-style burger is about the closest you'll get to an In-N-Out burger without going somewhere that actually has In-N-Out.

The burger I had at Freddy's was almost exactly like the ones I've had at Steak 'n' Shake (both are really good). The fries are very similar, too. Same ownership maybe?

Overpriced? Maybe. Crappy?....uhh compared to where? (don't say home grilled b/c that goes without saying). It's a good burger compared to anywhere else you can drive through and take home.

Obviously, this does not include Slick's, JW's, Meer's and the small joints out of town.
