State budget

Did anyone catch the state representatives on the news last night grinning from ear to ear, and just flat out giddy that they balanced I guess this years budget? I struck me as odd that they were SO proud of themselves. THATS YOUR JOB. Calm down.

Plus their staff and the agencies themselves do all the work. What they do is see if any money is left over from last year's budget and then give it all to education. Not that difficult.
