So I ran up to Penn Square today and as I was walking through Penney's I overheard this conversation.

One older lady said to her friend, "That looks like the way that girl dresses at square dancing all the time."

I turned to look, and she was pointing at a mannequin who must have been really cold.

Her friend suggested bandaids, but she said it wouldn't matter. "She knows she's drawing attention to herself."
