That's why they can use that same excuse no matter when the trial takes place...he just wanted to put it in a nicer way since he is likely getting a large paycheck because of her...

What a load of crap. The average American with multiple DWIs wouldn't have a ridiculous shrink out front shilling for them.

Hollywood is so far removed from reality it needs to be separated from the rest of the United States the way Washington, D.C. is.
