If you had to live in Cali....

I'd say the North would be the place to live...

I've passed through there several times, but never lived closer than Sacramento or Seattle. It's really beautiful up there.

I've been to Sacramento and have a buddy who lives in Redding . . . but I've never been there. He moved down there from Spokane and seems to really like it. Like StoopTroup says . . . if you gotta live out there I'd recommend the northern part.

Ninth Circuit?
E.D. Cal. actually. A Magistrate Judge is looking for a career clerk. The work itself is right up my alley, and the pay is about what I'm getting now. But the timing just doesn't feel right from a family perpective, so I'll prob'ly stick down here for another 2 or 3 years unless something good comes up in OK.
