Dear Ladies, Girls, and Wimmen-folks that we love so much on this board:

I know they are a pain in the a**. Actually not even that. They're a pain in the cooch.

But if you are not doing it regularly, get your plumbin' parts all checked up on... regularly!

There are scarily common precursors out there that you need to be aware of:

HPV, fibroids, etc.

If it's a matter of affordability, there is Planned Parenthood. Regardless of the stigma, they are about your girly parts health, first and foremost.

Probably not telling most of you anything you don't know, but I'm just sayin' 'cause I have folks near and dear to me that have to go every 6 months because of these pre-cursors, and have even had to have biopsies and such. And thank God they do. Better to catch it early.

God bless that young lady and prayers for her. Tell her to be a fighter.
