We had a "Perv" expose himself at the water fountain located in the lobby of the building I work in.
I'm not sure what happened, but one of the women in the business office claims to have seen a strange old man performing a lewd act.
I'm wondering if he wasn't confused and just mistook the water fountain for a urinal.
From her discription he looked like Olevet... but he wasn't holding a can of Natty. :D
