I cannot even fathom the state of mind or how you would manipulate the circular saw to try and cut off your own head. The person must not have been feeling any pain. And that there were people in the house as well...yikes!

Smart move. The headline reads: Man cuts off Mom's Head with Saw.

I bet that was a pretty gruesome crime scene.

I wonder if it was a Dewalt, Craftsman, Ryobi, etc....

I wonder if it was a table saw or a hand held saw?

The Craftsman is the only one of the three whose safety bar is able to be retracted enough to cut 1/2 of an adult neck; it's assumed that 1/2 would be cut from each side (front and back) to fully decapitate the mother. Ryobi or Dewalt just end up making a bloody mess and the victim merely exsanguinates slowly.

Or so I've been told.
