Paper says it was high winds, but after the Piedmont tornado warning thread, could it have been tornadic winds or a famous Lou Wicker "gustnado"?
Before you ask, you're too young if you weren't at OU and didn't see all the "Lou Wicker says" signs all over the place. And BTW, Lou Wicker is now a weather/severe storm researcher.
