I agree. First saw her in '92 with the Sugarcubes at Edgefest in Dallas. Good times...

For some reason I can't shake the feeling that she's always in need of a bath. She just looks, well, grubby.
Not blessed with beauty to start with, but that ain't her fault. Still, she oughta get a makeover, mebbe at a Sherwin-Williams dealer.

I saw her with the Sugarcubes in '92 in Dallas with Public Enemy and U2 on the bill. Was that the same show? I always wondered why those three got shoved on the same stage.

Huh. A quick search shows that the 'Cubes and PE opened for U2 for a few shows that year.

Nope. This was Easter Sunday. Pearl Jam was the headliner, but it was right as they broke, so they hadn't yet achieved their superstardom (soon to follow). Charlatans UK were there, Tripping Daisy, I think (I know I saw Tripping Daisy at a festival at Starplex but can't say 100% that it was that show). I can't remember who else was there...

You must have seen the stadium leg of U2's Zoo TV tour. I saw them at Reunion in April on the first leg of the tour. If I remember right, the Pixies opened up. I came in late for that, I'm afraid. I had seen the Pixies two years before and was like, "meh." What a dumbass.
